The corporate governance is led by a Board of Directors which takes care of and ensures the compliance with our values, being its main functions to define the strategic guidelines, perform the necessary follow-up to assure those guidelines are complied with, as well as to protect the legitimate purpose of our groups of interest equitably.
Our Business Units are led by executive directors and a team of managers who implement our strategy by aligning the organization with one strong and unique culture.
With the objective of providing guidance to every enquiry and to receive and resolve any complaints that may result from a breach of our current policies, we have developed our code of ethics.
It is our reference frame for key aspects of our development, expansion and link with our main collaborators: patients, clients, suppliers and the community.
